Personal Training is exactly as it states, its personal and its about you. So often we see trainers prancing around showing off how good they are. At Conscious Fitness, Personal Training it’s not about us, it is about you. 

 

Personal Training can be one on one or in a small team. Some people really enjoy the camaraderie of team training. Some prefer one on one, and some prefer a mixture. It’s up to us to work with to find the balance and environment for you. 

 

Personal Training will be a mixture of the dreaded cardio, mixed with resistance and functional training. We will go on a personal journey with you, tweaking as we go, to find a way to challenge you in a fun way. We will not force goals on you; however, we will encourage you to grow by measuring your performance with a shared accountability.
